My go-to local fish store, for ornamental fish and aquarium plants especially, since 1992... customer service as always is great💎✨👌, not even attitude towards clients even stubborn ones like me 😁... great aquarium products and definitely a great variety,if I may add, the only aquarium store that initially and continuously stock aquarium plant and particularly fertilizer varieties for the aquarium plant... and prices are reasonable 💯👌.... for dog and cat lovers,I have nothing to say as I am not a dog/cat keeper except last time I was there I noticed the AQUAPET CHAIN OF STORES in Kijabe street has a great variety of feeds for the animals, even ornamental birds and I am sure ornamental reptiles. If I may add, awhile back, noted one can get a water test kit, not only for aquarists and their aquarium water quality but I suspect the water test kit can be used to test water for regular human use like drinking, just a line of thought 🤔🤨😉💯.

I have just completed a purchase now and unfortunately, I was met with exceptionally rude behavior from your teller. This level of customer service is deeply disappointing. Aquapet The Hub, I kindly urge you to address this and strive to do better.
